CHOICES provides educational programs and support groups designed for underserved, at-risk communities, as well as the general public. During sessions, individuals learn about the cycle of abuse, the psychological effects of a relationship dominated by power and control, and the generational nature of the issue.

Healthy relationships are discussed and the danger signals of unhealthy relationships are explored. Participants are able to share their own experiences while learning from others in the group.
